Current residents can submit maintenance requests in several ways:
- Log in to the resident portal.
- Call the office at (336) 274-1515.
- Download the maintenance request form (PDF) and return it to the office.
For emergencies such as fire, flooding or gas leaks, call 911 first, then call the office.
